Overview


Docketly’s Pricing Estimator is a self-service tool designed to help you get an approximate idea of the cost associated with posting a hearing through our platform. Whether you’re planning a budget, comparing options, or simply exploring hearing costs across different locations, this tool offers quick insight based on several key factors.


This feature is only available to logged-in users and can be accessed via the Financials section of your Docketly account.


How to Access the Estimator

  1. Log in to your Docketly account.

  2. Click the “Financials” tab located on the left-hand side of your homepage.

  3. Select “Pricing” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Complete the required fields in the estimator:

    • Hearing Type

    • County

Once all fields are entered, the estimator will calculate and display a cost estimate based on your selections.


Important Notes

  • The estimate is not a final quote. While the tool provides a reliable approximation, actual pricing may vary depending on:

    • Short-notice hearings

    • Real-time market rates

    • Unique hearing types

    • Geographic location

    • Mean Time to Post (MTTP) and attorney availability

  • The estimator is intended solely for internal use and budgeting purposes. It does not initiate a hearing post or create a binding rate.

Tips for Best Use

  • Use the estimator as an early planning tool to evaluate your expected costs across multiple regions or hearing types.

  • For complex or high-volume scheduling needs, we recommend working directly with your Docketly Customer Success contact for guidance and optimization.
