You can customize your calendar by clicking the "Filters" button. Set your criteria and Apply or Apply and Save. Apply and Save is a way to keep the filters for reference for future use.

  • Set up a meeting with one of our Customer Success staff members to discuss calendaring options.

  • Send your in-house attorney data to Docketly, including information about whether any attorneys are exclusive to your firm and if you need filters.

  • Have in-house attorneys sign up for counsel data if needed.

  • Post several test in-house hearings using batch uploads for Docketly staff to confirm your account is set up correctly.

Export

A popular workflow at law firms is to share a calendar via an Excel spreadsheet.  If you do that, our calendar page will build one for you automatically.  Just click the "Export Upcoming Week" button near the bottom of the page, and it will download an Excel spreadsheet with each day as a sheet.  We currently do the next upcoming week as calendars can change frequently and are sometimes out of date as soon as you print them.
